Firstly stop shouting , we can hear you quite clearly in a mix of upper and
lower case.

these emails come from machines that are infected with a virus and have your
email address somewhere on them. there is nothing you can do about them.
When those people realise that they have a virus, and remove it, they will
stop.

Have you been living under a rock? Of course it is a virus. Read up on
SoBig, MiMail, MyDoom, etc. that have made headlines over the last 6 months
or so.

Also, please hit the Caps lock button. Shouting is not required to be heard
