email w/earthlink spamblocker

Outlook (not Outlook Express)is my default mail program
in my earthlink spamblocker program. After loading XP
2003 and Office Professional onto my IMB Thinkpad T-21
email goes into the spamblocker but isn't being forwarded
to Outlook. How do I get my mail to forward to my Outlook
In Box? K

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
