Hi,
I am hoping someone here can help. In Outlook 2007 when I choose a
file such as .xls or .doc and do a "send to email recipient as attachment" or
just attach a file, the new mail window appears as is normal. However, when I
click send, the new email window stays on screen and does not go away. The
recipient recieves the email without trouble and mine shows it in sent items.
I have to manally "x" out of the email to close it. It is as if the screen
does not update. The configuration on the computer is the same as many
machines in the company but others do not do this. everything is up to date
as far as windows updates and office updates. All drivers as well. We use
Exchange 2003, all updates applied. The machine is a dual core extreme 3gb
ram intel board so it is not speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
