email with file hyperlink

I am hoping for your direction.

I either need VB programming or a macro to send an email with an attached
hyperlink to a file. I can send a hyperlink no problem with an HTTP address
but it just sends text otherwise. I am using the sendobject cmd. I think I'm
missing an identifier in the macro and I'm not sure of the proper VB string.

Any suggestions?
