email with + in subject not showing

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Ruinning Entourage and SBS 2008 (Exchange 2007) and email with + in the subject is not shown in Entourage, but is shown in OWA and Outlook. Tried the fix of changing the applicationHost.config file but still no "+" mail.. PLEASE HELP...i've got a very angry boss!

Looks like you qualify for the free upgrade to the EWS v13 of Office 2008. I
suggest you upgrade.

Thanks Diane, i tried the fix from Amir Haque but that didn't work. Is the upgrade to WSE the only resolution?

I’m not sure the EWS version fixes this, but it’s a better Exchange client than v12. You are the first person to report this doesn’t work. Not sure what else to suggest.

Thansk for the tip...EWS did fix the + symbol issue, but created another! - trying to forward or send an .ai attachment and entourage responds &quot;Could not save this message&quot; Seems to be a problem with the encoding. Its set to AppleDouble, but when i change it to any other type the email doesn't even send...any ideas?

Try zipping in the Finder and see if that sends.
