email won't deliver with attachment. say's 554 5.7.1

since upgrading to office 2007, I have not been able to send emails with
file attachments.
they are " undeliverable"

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

Jesse Davis on 7/28/2008 10:00 PM
554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address
rejected: Access denied

What do I do?

What do I do?

Well, how do you know that the e-mail address is actually defined at
that domain? If it does exist, perhaps you are trying to send an overly
huge e-mail that exceeds the recipient's per-message size quota. Or
maybe the recipient's disk qouta is consumed so that no more e-mails can
be accepted, or those that are as large as are yours (you never said HOW
big is your e-mail with the attachment - or even mention if your e-mail
is deliverable without any attachment).
