email won't open

I click on the icon and nothing. I try to run it through programs and
nothing. I don't even get the hour glass thing.

my email is through outlook and my husband's is through outlook express. his
opens and mine does not.

go to control panel, mail and make a new profile. See if that works.

when i go to the control panel, there is not an option for mail. could it be
under a different category?

my husband restored the computer and that seemed to do it...hopefully!
