Email won't synchronize from Blackberry to Outlook 2003

My company laptop has Lotus Notes on it and my personal tablet PC has Outlook
2003. I want to try and synchronizie the two, but cannot use my tablet to
access company server. I thought as a work around, I could use my
Blackberry, since it can synchronize with both programs. The calendar and
contacts synchronize, but not my email any ideas?
