After opening a message in my Inbox it dissapears when it is closed. It is
not in the delete file or any other folders.

Hello,

Likely the problem is the view you've selected. Probably it is set to view
only unread messages. Once they're read, they're filtered out. To view
everything, try the following steps:

Click on View
Scroll to Current View
Choose to view Messages instead of Unread Messages
