When I receive a reply I only receive my original message. There is no answer
even though the person did send an answer.

I believe you need to post to a newsgroup more appropriate for your issue.
This newsgroup supports OneNote only. When you figure out which newsgroup
(by the product you're using), make sure to include all pertinent
information, including what program you're using, which version it is, what
operating system, etc., so someone can properly assist you.
