emailed Excel files turn up as unreadable "mime" files

Would be great if someone could help.

Sometimes when PC users send attachments to me (like excel, word or
powerpoint files), they show up as "mime" documents and my mac will
not read the file.

I don't know how to overcome this problem and it is a huge pain in the
butt. I'd appreciate some feedback, thanks in advance!

Hi,

This is more a problem with your email program than with Excel. What mail
program are you using?
