emailed form errors

Thanks to all for your help with form alignment, I have fixed that problem. Now, though, when I hit the submit button in the email form, a web page opens up with "webbot self" and it says the page cannot be found. I specified in the submit button to send the information to my e-mail, but it doesn't do it. Again, I just purchased Publisher 2002 as a means to create and e-mail newsletters to clients with a response form for them to fill out for more information. The e-mails go through and look really good, but I can't get the reply forms to work.

Update: I just tried to "submit" the reply form and now nothing happens. I don't receive an emailed form, nor does a new window open with "webbot self". Also, when I sent the email to my yahoo email account, it is all messed up. Things are moved all around and no pictures show up. Is this because yahoo does not support FrontPage? Thanks for any suggestions!
