Emailing a batch of Form letters.

I have a simple query, which returns a few pieces of data, including an
email address. I want to wrap that query in a report which will generate
a single page per record, (no problem), then automagicaly email each
page to the respective email address provided in the query.

Looking for a clue...

If I understand your task correctly, I think you could accomplish this with a
Word mailmerge using the Access query as the datasource. I have created a
dues statement in Word which pulls information from Access and automatically
emails the appropriate statement to each member through Outlook.

I have also used WorldMerge (www.coloradosoft.com), which has the advantages
of not needing Word or Outlook and allowing attachments.

Thanx. Two questions:

1) Is your merged document going out as emal text, or as an attachment?
For various reasons, going out as an attachment is not preffered, but
could be my only choice.

2) How did you do it? I know how to set up Word for a merge from
Access, not sure how to set up a merge to email individual pages. Could
you point me in the right direction?

Thanx again.
