emailing a complete file from Personal Folders to someone

I have O 2003 and want to email a complete folder of information (I have sub
folders in the main folder) from my "Personal Folders" to someone. How do I
do this so they can open the file and read the information (some of which is
pdf files and txt)?

Either export them to a separate pst-file and send that file or select all
those items and press Forward.

I did try the export and sent it to myself to see if it would work. I
couldn't open up the attach. as a pst. file?? My mian folder has 6 subfolders
in it and nothing else. When i click on the main folder...i do not have the
option to "select all" and forward. It will not pick up the subfolders and I
would like to keep all intact instead of sending all the documents separately
in each folder.

Foward is only on items; not folders.

To open a pst-file you'll need to save it first to a read/write location.
Then connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

You'll also need to permit access to PST file attachments which Outlook 2003
does not allow by default.

Better is to zip it; it will reduce the pst-file in size a lot!
