Emailing a report to be completed on receipt.

I have a report which I need to email out to different companies; whereby,
certain fields of the report are then completed and emailed back. Can anyone
suggest the best method of doing this? The report in Access is great, but
it's being able to keep the same format and also allowing data entry that is
causing me a problem.

I would be grateful of any advice please.
