Emailing A Report With A Unique Number

I use Access to generate debit notes against suppliers (price, delivery
shortage...)

Each Debit note has its own unique number

Is there a way so way I email them the debit note (report) the attachment
(word document) is called Debit note (unique number).doc

Instead of just debit note.doc
(The Debit note wording comes from the caption field in report properties)
