emailing an Access report

Export the report in Snapshot format and send the Snapshot.
The recipient will need the Snapshot viewer to
read/print the report, but I'm fairly certain it's a free
download.

Mark - In your response, you said

"Why not just use PDF over snapshot? Acrobat Reader is almost a standard
that every user already has."

How do you export a report to a PDF file? In the "Save File as Type" drop
box in the "Export Report" dialog, you can select file types including MS
Access, Excel, html, text, snapshot and xml, but I don't see any choice for
PDF. How do you turn an Access report into a PDF file?

thanks in advance

Just because exporting to snapshot is free, along with the
viewer. To create a PDF file (what I actually prefer), you
have to have the software to do it since Office doesn't
create PDF natively.
