Emailing an appointment into a Shared Calendar

Hey Guys, So basically I'm trying to setup a Group Calendar to accept email
appointments instead of creating the appointment within the group Calendar
itself. This will help manage the enviroment so that anyone who has the Group
Calendar up can see meetings they may have not been invited to by mistake.
Please Help!!!
