Emailing an Excel Worksheet

I am using this macro.

Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlToRight)).Select
Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlDown)).Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("Sheet2").Select
Range("A1").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone,
SkipBlanks _
:=False, Transpose:=True

I would like the macro to send the sheet in the body of the email as plain
text.

Is this possible ?

does the same as yours. a bit cleaner.
