Emailing Data

I have an Access DB backend that is accepting data from a website. We will
have up to 20 users entering data in the DB. What I want to accomlish is a
daily weekly and monthly email being sent out to each mill with only their
own data on it.The email address of the user that the record belongs to is
stored with the record. Can someone please help me accomplish this?
