emailing distribution list in outlook 2007

I need to email the master distribution list to another user, I can get the
email to them but don't know how to save it into their address book

Sorry for the confusion, this is in Outlook and the master would be a list on
1 PC that needs to be shared with many other users.

Then you should insert the DL as an Outlook Item in a message. Recipients
simply open and save to put it into their default Contacts Folder.
