Emailing Flyers from Word Through Outlook

K

Kelsey

I have created, as well as down load pre-fromatted Word flyers, to send out
to my clients in mass emails. The problem is when I email the flyer the
formatting of the flyer becomes completely distorted when the recipient gets
the email. On my side the flyer looks great. When my clients get it, it's all
mess up. I've tried sending it as Read-Only and the same thing happens. The
flyers include text, a jpeg logo and picture. I am using Office Pro 2003.
When I email the flyer as the body text of the email instead of as an
attachment, the distortion happens. How can I keep the info on the flyer from
distorting when I email it?

Desprately need help!
Thanks,

D

You have no control over the way in which the recipient will receive the
email. The only way to ensure that they receive what you want them to see
is to send it as a .pdf attachment.
