Emailing forms failing

I created a form using Infopath 2003 and have tried to Email it to others.
Some can open it and some can not. Why?

Hi,

Does all of them have InfoPath installed on their machine.
If yes, what is the error triggered for users unable to open the form

Hello,
All of the computers have InfoPath installed. When they attempt to open the
form, they get a blue screen with nothing on it. I'm not sure of the error
message.
