Please post the url for the form.
What version of publisher are you using?
What ISP is hosting the site?
Did you set the form properties to direct the form to your ISP's form file?

Read the post and thread "page cannot be displayed after hitting submit on
sign up form" by Ozzyfyi , 9/11/08
then if you have not found a solution, post back with the version of IE that
you are using, the verion of Publisher, Vista or XP, the link to your
website, and who is your webhost, and we will try to help you further.

That page does not exist on your web server, and that is why you get the 404
page. Are you saying that the form that does not work is on this page?
Perhaps you took it down? Which form are you talking about?

I went to your home page, http://www.palmettoelitevolleyball.com and then
the Registration page:
http://www.palmettoelitevolleyball.com/index_files/register.htm . Was this
the form you were having problems with? It works for me now. The submit
results in a Form Confirmation page:
http://www.palmettoelitevolleyball.com/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/index_files/register.htm
which also confirms that you have the FrontPage server extensions installed
and working correctly, and that you are also correctly using HTTP uploading.
You don't want to use FTP.

So, are you talking about a different form on your site, or did you get
things working? At least this form seems to be working.

I guess the important thing is that they get fixed. But it is nice to get
the feedback when people post back.
