I can email from an Access project through Outlook Express if I type in an
email address in the TO: block. I'd like to have a field in the main database
link to a table containing email addresses that can automatically populate
the TO: block.
Assume customers come into a business to see a salesperson. Every customer
that lives in zip code 12345 will see John Smith, whose email address is
(e-mail address removed). Whenever zip code 12345 is entered into the
customer log I want to automatically send an email to
(e-mail address removed). Other zip codes would be sent to different email
addresses.
Is there a way to have Access plug in the email address in the TO: field
when I run the SnedObject macro?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA
