Emailing newsletter directly from Publisher

I have created a company newsletter that I would like to email to clients,
but when I test it in an email to myself (outlook account) the font loses its
resolution and looks very rough. The pictures and headers all look fine. Just
the font looks grainy. How do you create a newsletter that looks smooth and
polished in an email? Should I be using a different program for this?

Why don't you create a PDF file and email that as an attachment. Most
people will have a PDF reader program on their computer and they can copy
the PDF file to the computer to save it easier than having a bunch of emails
that they have to save. The results will almost always be better than trying
to send in the body of the email.

There are a bunch of free PDF "printers" on the web, the one I use and
recommend is PrimoPDF from http://www.primopdf.com/.
