EMAILING POWERPOINT DOCUMENT

I AM DOING A NEWSLETTER USING POWERPOINT 97. IT IS A 2
PAGE NEWSLETTER. WHEN I EMAIL IT OTHER DEPARTMENTS, THE
LETTER BOXES AND AUTOSHAPES SHIFT. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY/
AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.

Capital letters are considered SHOUTING

Chances are the font you have used is not on the other peoples PCs

Stick to Arial to be sure!
