Emailing reports from a membership database

I maintain an Access 2000 datbase for a national organization of 450 members.
I created a report which is a one-page dues statement, including boilerplate
text and datafields showing each member's database information. The statement
was snailmailed to each member, who corrected his/her information and
returned the form via snailmail with a dues check.

Since more than 90% of the members have email, I would like to save on
postage next year by creating the statements in electronic format--email text
or PDF attachment or ???--and emailing each statement to the appropriate
e-address. Is this possible?
