Emailing reports

I have a database developed in Access 2002 which has a report containing a
photograph (as part of the database). This shows up fine in the Print
Preview of the report and also prints out OK but, if I try to email the
report as an attachment, the photograph disappears.

This is true for all the formats allowed (including RTF, HTML, etc) except
for Snapshot Format. Unfortunately Snapshot Format is not commonly supported
on most PCs so I was wondering if there was a way to include the photograph
in common formats like TRF or HTML when emailing.

Actually there is a free viewer that you can email with a Snapshot that
allows users without Access to read the report, and everyone who has Access
installed, since version 97 has the Snapshot viewer installed.

RTF or HTML formats won't read your pictures, but you could use a PDF format
(works just like Snapshot, except with any document.) Anyone with Acrobat
Reader can read the file. I know of 2 free PDF utilities: PDFCreator and
CutePDF. The latter is at:
