My bus partner and I use BCM. I am usually the one that initiates/receive an
opportunity. I tried to email him/her an opportunity record. I was hoping
that he/she can save the opportunity record in the email msg to his BCM.
When you email opportunity record it arrives as task record.
I was very close to do it by opening an opportunity and copying to outbox
folder - then I send the email to my self. When I received the email msg I
copied it to BCM Opportunities - up to this point it was great - BCM opened
new opportunity record populated with all the fields except the Business
Contact. Assigned a business contact and tried to save the opportunity, but
in vain. I get "Business Contact Manager for Outlook does not support this
operation" - unbelievable! - go figure.
