I am trying to email a PPT presentation to someone, I have the 2003 version
and they have the 2007 version. The problem is they cannot see any of the
bullets I included in the presentation. How can I send them a ppt from my
version that will allow them to see everything?

If you put your cursor in the line of text and then choose Format | Bullets
and Numbering and then Customize, what font is listed in the Font box at the
top of the dialog?

They are both standard styles from the 2003 version of PPT

Top Row second bullet box
Second row 3rd bullet box
Hope this helps. these are the standard ones for 2003 version but my
recipient does not see these bullets in her 2007 version when I send it over.
Slides have no bullets.

Thanks

I have an M dash in the top row, second bullet box.

I have nothing in the 2nd row, 3rd box.

In that same place, right above the boxes, what does it say in the Font box?
Here it says "normal text." What does it say there?

Also, have the recipient try this:

PPT 2007 relies heavily on printer drivers. That could be the culprit here.

Argh. I was looking in the wrong place. Ignore this.

Yeah, ignore this as well for the time being.

Do try this, though.
