Emailing to a distribution list

Hi All

I want to email my CV/resume to a large number of contacts (1000+). I have
a free hotmail account and email addresses of recruiters in multiple txt
files in my chosen profession.

Is there an add-on application for MS Outlook that I can buy to help with
this?

I'd appreciate any help and assistance as this is a personal priority from
individuals that have used any products available.
