I work from home and want to email a copy of my weekly
Outlook calendar to the secretaries in the main office so
they know where I am during the week. How do I do that?

Have you considered using "My Outlook Calendar" to
print the calendars?

You may want to look into "My Outlook Calendar".
This is a word template that reads your Outlook calendar
and puts it into a word document that can be edited.
You can then mail this to anyone or just print it. It prints
the small monthly thumbnails like you wish.
