emailing

I am using Microsoft office for macs and am trying to email a document as an
HTML but the page is all jumbled when I do this. If I mail it as an
attachment the attachment when opened is fine. Is there a way to email this
as an HTML so that it is ledgeable. The document is almost like a template
but is using text blocks.

The formatting requirements for Word document and html are entirely
different. If you want the same layout you would need to prepare it in Web
view, or better still in the e-mail editor, but if you want the document to
look like a Word document, you will need to attach it - preferably in PDF
format.
