Email Client: Exchange

Hi,

I have 2 Mac's both with exchange on them - both with snow leopard.
One is capable of sending emails through (iMac) the other (Macbook) is having problems - I think this is a couple of days old this problem. The emails say they are sent and are in the sent item on the Macbook but when I go to the iMac to check they are not in my sent items or on the exchange website. Therefore I assume this is not an exchange problem.

Can anyone help out as it is slightly messing with my business.

thanks
Hattie

On the Macbook, are they in the Sent Items on the Exchange Server or the
Sent Items "On My Computer"?

No they are under the exchange sent items. Very confused
Me too. I don't understand why they don't appear in the Exchange sent items
folder when you view it on the web. If it did, the solution would be to
select the Sent Items for Exchange on the computer where they don't appear;
cmd-click (or right-click) on that folder, and select Empty Cache.

I have done Empty Cache and realised how many of my emails had not got through!

I have looked on a couple of websites and they say that it is to do with SMPT. but it used to work. Could it be that I have recently upgraded to snow leopard on it.

Ed please help!!!
