Is there a link at the top of the message pane showing Receive Entire
Message? If so, click on it to get the rest of the message.

Here are some ideas that might prevent it from happening in the future:

Go to Account Setup for that account and look at the Options tab. Do you
have Partially receive messages over XX KB checked? If so, what number
replaces XX?

Also, in your Entourage Preferences, do you have Display Complex HTML and
Automatically Download Pictures from addresses in Address Book checked? If
so, are the senders of the "empty" messages in your address book?

1) Select one of the messages.

2) Under Message in the Menu bar select View Source

Do you see the message? Can you post what you do see. You can xx out the
actual addresses.

If you look at this part, the only text is the Dear Razak to Regards,

I see it in the source. but in the inbox it appears a complete blank email with the exception of the subject of the email which appears just fine.
The strange thing is that its happening to 90% of the emails but not all !!
Any ideas?
