Emails bouncing back

All emails we try to send to anyone with the same domain name bounce
straight back with the error 'user account does not exist' - the
accounts do exist! Is it something simple in the settings I need to
change?

Eg: If we send an email from (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed)
(who is at another lcoation) it will bounce back with an error report
that tells us that (e-mail address removed) doesn't exist even though we know
he does!

All email to others are going perfectly only to anyone @bobsmith.com

To me this sounds like something is wrong with the bobsmith.com mail
server. If you need more info, please give us some information such as
Outlook version, account type, and the exact message in the bounce.

It's only one person who can't email (e-mail address removed) everyone else's
emails are getting there succesfully.
It is Outlook 2003.
