My boss uses Outlook for all his email, and from time to time, there is a
lull of several days when he doesn't receive any email. Then, a few days
later, he gets all the email from those days in a deluge of 300+ emails at
once. Has anyone else experienced this, and how can it be fixed? The rest
of the company uses Open Webmail, and we aren't experiencing the same
problem. He uses Outlook 2007 for all his email, calendar, etc. needs, and
is very frustrated by his email sometimes stopping for days in a row, then
suddenly starting up again. As far as I know, he hasn't made any changes to
his system recently, it just started happening. Please let me know if you
know of instances where this has happened to you or someone you know and if
you know of a fix for the problem. Thanks!
