Emails Dissappearing when dragged to different folders

Hi,

I am having a problem with an employee who is running Entourage on his mac with our Exchange Servers. Everything is working fine, but when he goes to drag a message from his Sent Items to any different folder, the message disappears. This also happens about one out of three times with dragging between other folders. (ex. Inbox to different folder.)
Any suggestions would help!!!

Any chance the employee has rules setup either in Exchange or in his
Entourage client to automatically move emails to specific folders depending
on content/senders?

Do the messages appear moved, unmoved or are they completely gone when
you view the account via Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Verify the messages are indeed safely backed up somewhere then select
Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and create a new identity for the
Exchange account. You'll need to re-enter all the Exchange account
information and let the messages sync from the server.

If the problem persists then please post back.

Also try searching for the missing emails with the Spotlight search bar on
the top right corner of the Entourage main window.
