Emails distorted in Entourage sent items box after syncing withexchange server. Encryption problem?

Dear All,

I have this problem:
After I sync entourage with MS Exchange, a part of the mails (like a
whole day or week of emails) are distorted: no address details,
subject field says ' no subject' and the email content looks like
this:

It looks like it is a kind of encryption problem, like a part of the
mails in sent items (it happens only there) are not de-encrypted or
something.

Can anybody help out?

It looks like it is a kind of encryption problem, like a part of the

By the way, if I sync my Windows Laptop with the same Exchange
mailbox, all emails are shown correct so it must really be some
problem in Entourage or its communication channel I guess..
Also I believe that it happens with emails that are not sent with
entourage but synced into the sent mail box via exchange. Does anyone
know this problem?

Hi Alexander!

This sounds like corruption to me or maybe you have some font caches
that need cleaning.

Does the same behavior occur if you create a new identity in Entourage
(Entourage menu --> Switch Identity...) and set up the account again?

I have exactly the same problem. My MacBook was perfectly. My iMac gets a bunch of garbage messages at the top of my sent items. I can see that at least some of them were sent from my Treo.

To BIll's point, I've complete deleted my account, rebuilt the database, and get exactly the same problem. It takes FOREVER to synch a 2GB mailbox!!

I'd really love to get the answer to this one.
