Emails dont appear in Entourage by appear in OWA

One of my users seems to get emails delivered late in Entourage. I
have noticed that those emails appear in his Inbox under OWA, so they
are definitely delivered to his mailbox on the server, however for
some reason only after 4-8 hrs do they appear in Entourage.

We are using Exchange 2007, and the user is using Entourage 2004.

Does anyone have any idea to how to fix this issue with Entourage??

Is Entourage perfectly up to date?? It's a problem I've had in past
versions but I haven't seen that for quite a while,

Sporadically with various users - sometimes a profile rebuild helps,
sometimes not. Any suggestions?

one suggestion: update Entourage.....

The latest version is 11.3.7. You need to download the 11.3.6 update (a
"combo" update) then the 11.3.7 one,

You missed an update. The combo is the 11.3.5.

11.3.5 combo
11.3.6 requires 11.3.5 to be installed
11.3.7 requires 11.3.6 to be installed

Hi JT!

If your users and Exchange Server are within your company network then I
suggest connecting them to a back-end server rather than a front-end
server. Or rather, don't connect them to an outside OWA address from inside.
