emails from save senders arrive in junk mail

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Emails from my own team members (same domain as myself) end up in my junk mail. I've tried every thing. Empty the cache, added the domain as safe domain, I've no rules and have no Mailing list Manager. Once the mails are in my junk mail I will mark them as "Not Junk". They will still return 2 more times to my junk mail box. Pretty annoying!!

Can anyone help?

I found the bug!

The problem is caused by the categories feature. I categorized the team members and all their emails ended up in the junk mail. I did assign a new category and moved the team members to this new category and the problem is solved.
