Emails from yahoo account not receiving in outlook 03

all of a sudden i am not receiving my new emails through outlook 03, have
already done all of the troubleshooting tips via support.microsoft to no
avail, email test, pop, tcp/ip, etc. i can send but not receive, please help

Contact your ISP if the are using something like sbcyahoo for thier email
service. If this is just a plain vanilla Yahoo! e-mail account, then what
have you tried from the help files at Yahoo! mail?
