Emails going directly into custom view but not into Inbox

Hi - I have Entourage for Mac 2004. I received a software update from
Microsoft last week and ever since then my emails on one of my accounts is
going directly into a customer view. But they aren't going into my inbox.

Any ideas so that they go directly into my inbox?

What is the Custom View designed to actually do? Control-click on its name
and choose "Edit Custom View" and let us know what the conditions are.
Any ideas so that they go directly into my inbox?

The most common culprit for mail not going to the inbox is a Mailing List
Manager entry or Rule. Check those (Tools > Mailing List Manager and Tools >
Rules). A Mailing List Manager entry, for example, might incorrectly list
your email address as being a mailing list.
