Emails keep repeating sending when there is an attachment

Anyone help? When I send an email through my outlook 2003 SP2 via hotmail
connection, with an attachment, it keeps on sending to recipient over and
over again. All files go out at 1mg. Have latest McAfee and it is
protecting and no viruses after scans.

(been fine for years until a few days ago)

Any ideas?
