I setup a personal folder in Outlook to move selected "old" emails that users still need, but do not access. I did this to free up space on the Exchange Server. However, the problem is that as emails come into their Inbox, they automatically get deleted right away and get moved to the personal folder I created. I don't want this to happen. They should be able to select, and drag-and-drop emails to this folder as they please.
I checked for rules set that would possibly cause this, but there are none. If there is a setting somewhere that I am not aware of, or if you know what is goin on, please let me know. Thanks.
