We run Exchange 2003 (latest service pack) with Outlook 2003 deployed to all
desktops and laptops. My boss, who has a laptop, is in and out of the office
a lot and often connects via VPN to receive his email. A problem that has
just developed is that emails no longer seem to be coming into his inbox -
he cannot see new emails from outlook. However, new emails are forwarding
(by rule) to his blackberry okay, and if he connects using OWA then he can
see everything. So emails are arriving but just not appearing in his inbox
in Outlook. There is nothing significant in the windows event log, and
whilst there is a "sync issues" folder, it is empty.
Any idea what has/is going wrong and what I can do to put it right?
Thanks in advance.
