emails not delivered when using DL's

Question
I am trying to send an email to my distribution list. It only has about 100
contacts. It was created in Outlook and I am not using any type of exchange.
I can send the email using the same dl on my Comcast webmail server, so I
know it is not a server problem. The email is not being delivered, it shows
that it was sent, it is
not in outbox, but nobody is receiving it. I send to this DL frequently, and
it was working fine up to a few days ago then everyone suddenly stopped
receiving the emails. I can use my server webmail but it does not offer
delivery and read receipts which I really need. Any suggestions.

Have you contacted your ISP. They could have put a limit on the amount of emails addresses that are sent out at one single time. Or they could have put a block on your ady after seeing that you are sending a single mail to that many people

We are having a similiar problem.

The emails show up in the sent folder but the message is never
received.

Originally only one or two of us were unable to send mail to
Distribution Lists but it now affects everyone in the office.

The only difference is that we are using Exchange so it must be an
outloook problem.

Maybe a recent MS update is causing this. I've looked through them and
haven't noticed anything yet.
