Emails not displaying in Outlook, but do in OWA

After loading the DST patches on Exchange 2003, we have several users who
can't open some of their email. The preview pane is gray and says it can't
display the email. Double-clicking doesn't work either. The email can be
opened though through OWA and if the user has a BlackBerry they can forward
it back to themselves and then Outlook can open.

Any thoughts??
