In a corporate Exchange environment, using Outlook SP3 on XP SP2 PCs, we have
had a number of employees who have started having difficulty with sending
emails. The emails eventually do send, but it may take hours or more to
process out. These emails will just sit in the inbox. We have tried all
tips we could find in knowledgebase articles without success. This is not
user based as these employees can access their Outlook via Citrix and not
have any problems sending items there. These emails have been to both
internal and external sendees. It appears that the only other common item
for these devices is that they have had the MS Live Meeting add-in installed
recently on their PCs.
Obviously, I am eyeing that add-in as the culprit but do not find removing
it as a viable solution as it was installed for the functionality that it
provides. Any guidance here would be appreciated.
Thank you.
